1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BAVE ("Service"), operated by Benyamin Khodabandeh ("we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these legal terms.
2. License Tiers & Payments
BAVE provides Personal, Pro, and Studio perpetual licenses. License keys are provisioned following payment verification via our processing gateway. All license tiers are non-transferable unless specified under Enterprise agreements.
3. Workstation Hardware ID (HWID) Binding
Upon initial activation, license keys bind locally to workstation Hardware IDs (HWID). Re-activations across new devices are subject to cooldown limits managed via your user dashboard.
4. Prohibited Uses
Licensees may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass local cryptographic activation mechanisms embedded inside the software binaries.
5. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
Personal and Pro tiers feature a 14-day refund window provided cumulative video encoding across activations does not exceed 10 minutes.
